Neil London

Game Producer

SHORT SUMMARY

I'm a Producer with 5+ experience across games, film, and live events, and I’ve always been drawn to the challenge of turning ambitious creative ideas into real, tangible work. Whether it's leading a fully remote team to ship an indie game, coordinating a live production, or helping a volunteer studio find its footing, I thrive in the messy, collaborative process of building something from nothing.

My background spans Agile production, team leadership, and studio operations. I’ve built pipelines, mentored new developers, managed cross-functional teams, and helped establish healthy structures that support creative work without stifling it. I’m not interested in busywork or bloated processes, just the right tools, the right people, and a clear plan to move things forward.

At the core, I care deeply about people. I believe good production isn’t about control, it’s about support: giving teams the clarity, context, and confidence they need to do their best work. I value honesty, calm under pressure, and a shared commitment to making something we’re all proud of—whether that’s a game, a performance, or anything in between.
